Shipping Policy

  • BalbirStore.com utilizes the services of reputed courier service providers for offering shipping in India

  • BalbirStore.com offers free shipping within India on Selected products offered. We pay for shipping, octroi and other taxes. You only pay the value of the ordered product.

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery of Domestic orders within India in 48 hours* to most of the cities

  • International Shipping is also available on BalbirStore.com

 

Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 24 hours to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your BalbirStore merchandize, please check delivery time for your pin code using “CHECK DELIVERY” option in the product details page.

Usually for most of the locations we offer 48 hour delivery*. Add the shipping times to the 24 hour order processing period. Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

 

Customs and International Shipping

 

All of BalbirStore orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via DHL. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL directly at the time of delivery.

In case of customer refuses to pay the custom duty or any additional import duties, then customer would be liable to bear the shipping charges and amount would be refund after deducting the shipping charges for the particular shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Balbir Store, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
 
Return Policy:
Products can be returned/exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered)/style/color.
In case that the item(s) is damaged or a different (style code/size/color only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway, while in case of a COD order; a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No cash refunds will be made.
 
In all other cases, replacement/exchange or Credit Note (2 months validity – Redeemable online and at the stores) is available. NO REFUNDS will be made.
Return Intimation:
You can either call our support number +91 9501000416 (Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 06:30 pm IST) or e-mail us at balbirstore@gmail.com within 15 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket no. or AWB No. and Reason for Return) should be shared with the customer support by email.
 
Guidelines for a valid return:
•    Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition.
•    Tags should be retained and returned.
•    The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
•    NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on SALE PRODUCTS (FLAT 50% OFF) or on PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
•    Original Tax Invoice to be included with the return.
•    Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Balbir Store.
•    Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
•    No return/exchange will be done for customized and stitched products.
        Please note that International Shipping cost will not be refunded.
 
Balbir Store reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the above return requirements are not complied with.
 
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

FAQs

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
For International Shipping, the average delivery time is 5-7 days depending on the country of residence

What delivery methods do you use?
All International orders are send through DHL and Domestic orders are send through Delhivery courier 

How do International duties and taxes work?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
 These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the cost as it varies from country to country

How do I cancel my international order?
Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatched it to you. We have no way of cancelling it once it is shipped from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on balbirstore@gmail.com, with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours.

What is the return policy for International orders?
For all international orders, customers have to return the products themselves. 
The order needs to be sent back to the following address 128-L, post office chowk, model town ludhiana - 141002 India. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

How do international taxes work?
Any import duties or related taxes are unpaid at the time of placing the order, and need to be paid by the Customer at the time of receiving 
the order Any such charges are levied by the local Customer authorities, and we at BalbirStore, don’t have any control over it

What if i don't want to pay my international duties and taxes?
If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to India.
 If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made
All prices are in US Dollars.

Please note that International Shipping cost will not be refunded.
